Part 7 - Show Report
The show reports should be uploaded to the official show system.
7.1. Late payment or/and late documents uploading;
7.1.1. All show documents are to be uploaded to the relevant section in the official program during the period of 10 calendar days after the last day of that show.
7.1.2. Documents are to be scanned, readable and provided in adequate resolution.
7.1.3. Use of JPEG file format is encouraged.
7.1.4. Show documents include but not limited to:
7.1.4.1. All judges’ judgment protocols
7.1.4.2. All judges’ nomination lists
7.1.4.3. Ring and Show protocols
7.1.4.4. Best In Show protocols, signed by all judges
7.1.4.5. Every document is to be signed by at least one judge
7.1.5. The payment is to be arranged and confirmed received by WOC no later than 30 calendar days after the show.
7.2. In any case of a late show report uploading the disciplinary case can be initiated. The Good Standing (see 1.14) status of the host club can be cancelled.
