§ 3. Membership fees
3.1 Each member shall be required to pay the membership fees. The Executive Committee shall decide the amount of the membership fees and other payments and charges of the Association or the Association's institutions.
3.2 At the time of payment, each WOC member shall provide the Treasurer with all necessary information on the allocation of statutory dues and payments.
The annual membership fee shall be paid by 28 February of the current year - without separate request. Failure to comply with this regulation will result in the immediate loss of voting rights at the WOC General Assembly until the membership fee has been paid in full. Newly admitted WOC members must pay the full membership fee for the current year within 30 calendar days from the date of admission.
Late payment will result in the following penalties:
- 5-60 days late - + 10% of the fee;
- 61-120 days late - + 30% of the contribution;
- 121-210 days late - + 50% of the contribution;
- More than 211 days late - exclusion.
In the event of payment difficulties of individual WOC members, the Executive Committee has the right to grant financial concessions (deferment of payment, reduction or total waiver of the membership fee).
All services rendered by WOC for which a fee has to be paid shall be remunerated without delay.
Resigned or expelled WOC members cannot claim WOC property.
